NEW SWIFT
Automaker Suzuki has unveiled the fourth generation Swift with a seating capacity of five persons. The new Swift gets a familiar design overall, but gets a number of styling updates.
The new model comes with new exterior, interior, new features and a powertrain. It is based on Suzuki’s modified heartech platform.
Engine & Mileage
In terms of engine, the Indian specification model will get the existing
1198 cc 1.2 liter K12C dual jet petrol engine with an idle start-stop function which can produce 90 bhp of power and 113 nm of peak torque.

The engine will be mated to an optional five-speed manual or a five-speed AMD transmission. Maruti Suzuki will introduce the CNG variant of Swift afterward.

Pricing
The new Swift is expected to make its way to India in March 2024 at the expected price range between 6.50 to 10 lakhs.

The upcoming Taisor suv will borrow the design inspirations from the Maruti Suzuki fronx although it will boast a different exterior design from its Maruti Suzuki counterpart.

The famous Japanese car manufacturer Suzuki is now working to launch the seven-seater versions of their premium SUV Grand Vitara next year.
It will be called Grand Vitara XL. The code name of the SUV is Y17. The new model will be based on company’s global c platform.
